FAMILY COURT PRO SE LITIGATION PROJECT Lawyers Care has been instrumental in assisting Warren County Family Court with the development and distribution of its "self-help" litigation packets. The project offers pro se packets for use in the following areas:
These packets are made available to low income litigants who wish to pursue these specific types of cases without the assistance of paid legal representation. All litigants are advised to seek the assistance of an attorney if they have specific legal questions or have difficulties using the packets. *packets for childless divorce actions are still under development and are not currently available for distribution |
